Children’s Pass

Our Children’s Pass allows children aged 12 and under to attend eligible performances for only $10! Children must be accompanied by an adult with a regular or subscription ticket (maximum of 2 children per adult, not available in Red Circle seating). Children’s Pass tickets can be purchased over the phone, in person at the box office, or online (to purchase children’s tickets online, change the price level from “Regular” to “Child” after selecting your seats).

Discounts cannot be combined. The Lethbridge Symphony reserves the right to include or exclude any event subject to availability. Children’s Pass tickets go on sale September 1. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions.

Access Pass

Access Pass gives youth (aged 13-25) access to tickets for only $15! Bring a friend and experience the energy of the Lethbridge Symphony.

How it works:

  1. Sign up online for Access Pass to receive discounted tickets. Anyone aged 13-25 is eligible – you don’t have to be a student.

  2. A show-specific discount code will be emailed to you 7-10 days before eligible performances.

  3. Buy your tickets online (don’t forget to use your discount code!) Select the “Will Call” delivery method at checkout.

  4. Pick up your tickets at the box office before the concert (see current box office hours here). Access Pass members must present photo ID with their birth date to pick up tickets.

 

Access Pass FAQ

  • Access Pass members can purchase up to 2 tickets per show – so bring a friend! (Your guest can be a person of any age and they don’t have to be an Access Pass member.)

  • If your child is the Access Pass member, you can place the order and pay on their behalf. Be sure to list your child’s name in the comment box. Remember that your child must be present when you pick up the tickets, with their photo ID (including birth date) in hand. No exceptions.

  • No, there is no card for this program. Sign up for Access Pass online and you will receive discount codes by email. (Please note: Unsubscribing from emails will unsubscribe you from Access Pass.)

  • Access Pass tickets are available for most performances at $15 in seating tiers D, E, and Limited. The Lethbridge Symphony reserves the right to include or exclude any event subject to availability. If you have previously registered and do not receive an email from the Symphony with the Access Pass discount code, then it may not be eligible or the show may be sold out. Contact us to confirm.

  • Tickets can be purchased online – select the “Will Call” delivery method AND enter the discount code before submitting payment. Access Pass cannot be combined with any other offer. Payment is due at time of booking and no seats will be held pending payment. No exceptions.

  • You can pick up your prepaid tickets at the box office (see hours). You MUST bring photo ID showing your birth date when you pick up your tickets. If you forget your photo ID when picking up your tickets, they will be charged at full price or you will forfeit the price of your tickets.

Note: We don’t recommend picking up your tickets at the door – because the 30 minutes prior to performance are always extremely busy.
